MARKETPLACE RENTAL SPACE

The Niagara Grape & Wine Festival will provide each vendor with a 10’ x10’ tented space. Each 20’ x20’ will house no more than four (4) vendors.

I the undersigned (herinafter referred to as the "Exhibitor") do hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of application for Exhibit Space in the Homegrown Marketplace in Montebello Park, St. Catharines, Ontario during the 2017 Niagara Grape & Wine Festival.
 
It is agreed by the Exhibitor to abide by all Conditions, Rules and Regulations as set down by the organizers of the 2017 Niagara Grape & Wine Festival.
 
Due to high demand, all exhibitors must pay in full all Space Rental Charges by August 15th, 2017. The Festival will issue refunds less 20% of fee until September 7th, 2017. Refunds will not be issued after this date.

Niagara Grape & Wine Festival Homegrown Marketplace General Terms and Conditions

  • No mass-produced or commercially manufactured consumer goods will be permitted. You will be asked to remove such item(s) in violation without compensation for loss of income or refund of exhibitor’s fees.
  • Absolutely no refunds or credits for cancellations due to any reason within 30 days of the marketplace date. All other cancellations made prior to the 30 day window will be refunded less 20%.
  • Every effort will be made to operate the Homegrown Marketplace as outlined, but should the organizers deem it necessary to cancel or alter the operation of the Homegrown Marketplace in any way or for any reason (eg. inclement or dangerous weather), the Homegrown Marketplace and it’s organizers will not be responsible for any compensation for loss of income, nor will exhibitors fees be refunded.
  • All participants will provide the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival with a two million dollar certificate of insurance naming the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival as an additional insured on the commercial general liability rider of their insurance policy. Consult your insurance agent. The Festival is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods.
  • Exhibitors are expected to participate for the duration of the Homegrown Market operating hours unless extreme weather conditions force the organizers to declare the event closed or cancelled. A refund will not be given. Any exhibitor who leaves the show prior to closing on any given day without consulting the organizers may disqualify the exhibitor from participation in future Niagara Grape & Wine Festival markets.
  • Exhibitors must not close or remove any part of their display until after market closing.
  • General overnight security is provided, however, The Homegrown Marketplace, its organizers and its host property assume no responsibility for the security of exhibitor’s booth or its contents. You are advised to remove valuables from your booth and secure it overnight. The Homegrown Marketplace, its producers and its host property will not be held liable for loss or damage or physical injury caused or received due to vandalism, fire, flood, weather, theft or act of God or any other type of loss or damage or physical injury caused or received of any kind.
  • All exhibitors are responsible for appropriate permits, health and safety designations and collection of all appropriate sales tax.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for their own credit/debit services and related fees.
