Niagara Parks has unveiled the Frozen Falls lcewine Bar, a pop-up experience overlooking the majestic Horseshoe Falls. Spanning over two weekends in January, the Frozen Falls lcewine Bar will transport guests to a cozy Canadian winter atmosphere. The event features a custom-carved ice bar, interactive ice sculptures, exclusive tasting experiences and family-friendly winter moments set against the frosted landscape of Niagara Falls!
Guests can enjoy curated one-ounce VOA lcewine pours paired with seasonal comfort food, including lcewine French onion soup or a warm lcewine apple crumble with lcewine caramel sauce, all for $23, plus HST. There will also be mulled wine and savoury a la carte winter dishes available for purchase. Families are welcome to bring younger guests to the event to enjoy complimentary hot chocolate.
Canadian wine pioneer Donald Ziraldo will host daily tasting experiences at 1 p.m. and 3p.m. over both weekends, offering guests the rare opportunity to learn directly from the renowned winemaker who introduced Canadian lcewine to the world.
