The Summer Sippers Discovery Pass returns for another proudly Canadian celebration of wine, food, and summer entertaining. In true Canadiana spirit, every stop features something you won’t find anywhere else: a red AND a white wine poured with each seasonal dish. It’s the only time of year where two wines are paired to every bite—made for discovering flavour, planning menus, and celebrating summer the Canadian way.
From smoky BBQ favourites to fresh seasonal dishes perfect for patio season, this is your go-to guide for summer entertaining inspiration. Whether you’re hosting Canada Day gatherings or building your ultimate summer wine list, every stop is designed to spark ideas worth sharing (and tasting).
With 25 participating wineries and chefs across Niagara, there’s no shortage of flavour, creativity, and pride in our Canadian wines. Menus are being finalized now and will be released by the end of May.

🍾 Flex Friday Pass – 6 experiences at a discount (Fridays only!)
🍾 Mini Pass – 3 curated stops, perfect for a shorter adventure
🍾 Driver’s Pass – Includes the culinary portion + a non-alcoholic sip
✅ PLAN YOUR ROUTE – Once the pairings are announced, you can browse the lineup & print a map from this site, or grab a printed copy at a participating winery .
✅ COME THIRSTY, NO RESERVATIONS NEEDED! – Unless you’re rolling with 8+ friends (call ahead for groups).
✅ YOUR PASS, YOUR PACE – Visit as many wineries as you like over multiple days until your pass is fully used. (Flex Friday is, well, Friday-only!)
