All of our events are rain or shine, so in case of inclement weather, don’t fret! We’ll have some covered areas available, but if there’s a chance of rain, we recommend guests break out their ponchos, rain boots, and umbrellas to keep the fun going.

There is no onsite parking at the Wine Country Tailgate Party.
Complimentary Shuttles are provided from our nearby lot at the NIAGARA UNITED MENNONITE CHURCH: 1775 Niagara Stone Rd., Niagara-on-the-Lake, L0S 1J0

The Tailgate Regional Shuttles depart conveniently from:
St. Catharines (Canadian Tire, 4th Ave). Depart 6:30pm | return 9pm or 10:45pm.
Niagara Falls (Gale Centre). Depart 6:30pm | return 10:45pm.
Welland (Seaway Mall).Depart 6:20pm | return 10:45pm.
Lincoln (Town of Lincoln Building). Depart 6:20pm | return 10:45pm.
Tickets must be purchased in advance. June 20 is the deadline for ticket sales (additional sales after this date are based on availability only).

The Niagara Grape & Wine Festival aims to prioritize accessibility at all of our events. Limited accessible parking will be available on-site, and we ask that guests who need to make use of these spaces reach out to our Guest Services team at gabby@niagarawinefestival.com to receive a parking pass.
Please note that while there will be open seating throughout the venue, some walking will be required to fully enjoy the event, as the space is over 1000 feet long. If you have additional questions about event accessibility, please don’t hesitate to reach out via the email above.

Our Wine Country Tailgate Party is a 19+ event. All guests must have ID and will be asked to go through a security checkpoint prior to entering the venue.

Apart from premium VQA wine, there will be signature cocktails, water, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages available for all guests.

While we can’t guarantee that we will be able to meet every guest’s dietary restrictions, there will be vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Full details will be available in the coming weeks.

Our musical guests take the stage at 7PM, as soon as the gates open, and we’ll have live music throughout the duration of the event. Food and wine will be available from 7PM until 10:30PM, when the event ends.
