The Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village transforms Queen Street into a picturesque winter wonderland over two weekends in January. Guests can savour Niagara’s world-renowned Icewine paired with delicious culinary creations from local vendors while enjoying cozy fire pits, live ice carving demonstrations, and stunning light displays on the Old Courthouse. With free admission and family-friendly activities, the Icewine Village offers something for everyone.

  • 3-Hour VIP Pass: $75 (valid 12pm - 3pm or 3pm - 6pm on a single day)

  • Full Day VIP Pass: $100 (valid 12pm - 3pm on a single day)

The VIP experience includes exclusive access to the VIP Zone, including: access to the heated & furnished 22’ Snow Globes; a private VIP Bar with Icewine, wine, cocktails & mocktails; premium tasting of 3 Icewines; and cheese plate. VIP seating areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis, creating the perfect indulgence to elevate your Icewine Village visit.

The IceHaus Cocktail Competition lights up Queen Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake on January 25 with an exciting Euro-pop vibe. With bright light displays, delicious Icewine cocktails, and a live DJ, this event is a fun and energetic way to spend the evening.

The IceHaus Cocktail Competition is FREE ENTRY with cocktails available to purchase à la carte, while VIP ticket holders enjoy special pricing - 3 cocktails for only $25!

VIP ticket holders are asked to visit Guest Services when they arrive to pick up their complimentary cocktail tasting tokens.

Each heated globe provides seating for up to 8 guests and includes one bottle of premium Icewine and a large, shared cheese platter for $250.     Street and lot parking is available throughout Niagara-on-the-Lake.

  • Tickets can be purchased at the door, subject to availability. We expect events to sell out, so we do recommend booking online in advance.

    The Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village is a free admission event, with Icewine and food available for purchase.

  • Yes. Niagara Icewine Festival events are all cashless. We accept credit card, debit and tap payment methods at all event locations.

  • Event start times will be indicated on your ticket, but arriving early is recommended to give yourself time to find parking.

  • Many of our events feature live entertainment. Check specific event descriptions for details about the music and performances planned.

  • Children are welcome at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village, which features family-friendly activities. However, evening events are generally designed for an adult audience.

  • Yes, guests are welcome to take home unopened bottles of wine. Please note that any alcohol purchased on-site is for off-site consumption only and cannot be opened or consumed during the event.

  • Yes. The Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village is free to enter, and re-entry is permitted throughout the day.

  • Our events are rain, snow or shine, so be prepared for all weather conditions.

  • For most events, outside food and beverages are not permitted. The festival offers a variety of food options on-site. Exceptions are made for dietary needs and guests with young children.

  • All ticket sales are final for Niagara Icewine Festival events. Any fees associated with your ticket purchase are completely non-refundable.
