The Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village transforms Queen Street into a picturesque winter wonderland over two weekends in January. Guests can savour Niagara’s world-renowned Icewine paired with delicious culinary creations from local vendors while enjoying cozy fire pits, live ice carving demonstrations, and stunning light displays on the Old Courthouse. With free admission and family-friendly activities, the Icewine Village offers something for everyone.

  • Single Day VIP Pass: $75 (valid for one day)

  • Weekend VIP Pass: $100 (valid for the entire weekend)

  • Single Day Designated Driver/Youth Pass: $50 (required for children/teens ages 3+; includes seating access)

The VIP experience includes access to the exclusive VIP Lodge, cozy seating in Snow Globes, complimentary gourmet snacks, and a premium Icewine and cheese tasting. The IceHaus Cocktail Competition lights up Queen Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake on January 25 with an exciting Euro-pop vibe. With bright light displays, delicious Icewine cocktails, and a live DJ, this event is a fun and energetic way to spend the evening.

The IceHaus Cocktail Competition is FREE ENTRY with cocktails available to purchase à la carte, while VIP ticket holders enjoy special perks including:

• A sample of each cocktail in the competition

• A chance to vote for your favourite cocktail in a Top-Chef style contest (3 voting tokens)

• Entry to the VIP Lodge and VIP Snow Globes throughout the night

The VIP Snow Globes at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village offer a cozy and exclusive winter retreat. Each heated globe provides seating for up to 8 guests and includes one bottle of premium Icewine and a large, shared cheese platter for $200.   • NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE ICEWINE VILLAGE

    Limited paid parking is available in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
    It is highly recommended that you take the complimentary shuttle service.
    Park for free at Niagara College’s Niagara-on-the-Lake campus & ride the shuttle right to the Icewine Village . Departs every 30 minutes from 11:30am - 6:30pm.

    COOL AS ICE GALA

    Complimentary parking is available at the Niagara Parks Power Station for Gala guests.
    A complimentary shuttle is provided from the Niagara Fallsview Casino for Gala guests (must pay for parking).

  • Tickets can be purchased at the door, subject to availability. We expect events to sell out, so we do recommend booking online in advance.

    The Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village is a free admission event, with Icewine and food available for purchase.

  • Yes. Niagara Icewine Festival events are all cashless. We accept credit card, debit and tap payment methods at all event locations.

  • Event start times will be indicated on your ticket, but arriving early is recommended to give yourself time to find parking.

  • Many of our events feature live entertainment. Check specific event descriptions for details about the music and performances planned.

  • Children are welcome at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village, which features family-friendly activities. However, evening events are generally designed for an adult audience.

    Driver’s Discovery Passes and Icewine Village VIP Lounge Passes can be purchased for guests under the age of 19. If children (ages 3+) intend to enjoy the food and beverage offerings, they will require a ticket.

    The Cool As Ice Gala is a 19+ event.

  • Guests can find accommodation recommendations on the Visit Niagara website or the Tourism Niagara-on-the-Lake website.

  • Transportation options between venues are still being finalized. More information will be available shortly.

  • Yes, guests are welcome to take home unopened bottles of wine. Please note that any alcohol purchased on-site is for off-site consumption only and cannot be opened or consumed during the event.

  • Yes, our Festival venues are accessible to wheelchairs and strollers.

  • Merchandise details are being finalized and will be announced closer to the event date.

  • Yes. The Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village is free to enter, and re-entry is permitted throughout the day.

  • Our events are rain or shine, so be prepared for all weather conditions.

  • For most events, outside food and beverages are not permitted. The festival offers a variety of food options on-site. Exceptions are made for dietary needs and guests with young children.

  • All ticket sales are final for Niagara Icewine Festival events. Any fees associated with your ticket purchase are completely non-refundable.
