The Summer Sippers Discovery Pass returns for another proudly Canadian celebration of wine, food, and summer entertaining. In true Canadian spirit, every stop features something you won’t find anywhere else: a red AND a white wine poured with each seasonal dish. It’s the only time of year where two wines are paired to every bite—made for discovering flavour, planning menus, and celebrating summer the Canadian way.
With 22 participating wineries and chefs across Niagara, there’s no shortage of flavour, creativity, and pride in our Canadian wines. Menus are being finalized now and will be released by the end of May.

Enjoy the Discovery Pass at your pace - you can use your pass on multiple days until you’ve reached the limit purchased. Note that Flex Friday passes are only valid on Fridays.
