Thank you for purchasing a ticket to one of our 2025 Niagara Icewine Festival events. Your support is deeply appreciated, and we are thrilled to welcome you to our exciting festivities this year!
Based on your chosen option during checkout, you will receive your tickets in one of two ways: either through an email from squadup@t.squadup.com or via SMS. Kindly allow up to 45 minutes for the ticket delivery.

TICKET POLICIES
NO REFUNDS - All ticket sales are final. Any fees associated with your ticket purchase are completely non-refundable. Ticket insurance can be purchased at checkout.
ONE SCAN PER WINERY - For Discovery Pass, each ticket can only be scanned ONCE per winery. If you split a Discovery Pass with another person in the past, please note that we now offer a ‘Mini Pass’ with three tasting experiences at a reduced price.
INCLEMENT WEATHER - All Niagara Grape & Wine Festival events are rain/snow or shine.
NOTICE OF PHOTOGRAPHY - Photographers and videographers may be recording content on-site during Niagara Grape & Wine Festival events. By attending our events, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction in future marketing materials
RESERVATIONS - Wineries with reservation requirements may have limited capacity. In the event that reservations for a winery reach full capacity, guests will be asked to select an alternative winery for their visit.
