TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your ticket is only valid for the date and event issued. Niagara Grape & Wine Festival, SquadUP, participating wineries, and each of their subsidiaries and affiliates, are not responsible for any lost or stolen ticket or personal property.

Tickets should not be purchased from anyone other than an authorized ticket agent. By being admitted, the holder of this ticket (“Holder”) expressly agrees that: (1) For security purposes, Holder consents to a reasonable inspection before entering; (2) This is an at-will license which may be revoked by the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival at any time for any reason; (3) This ticket may not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of any federal, provincial, or local laws or regulations; (4) The Holder agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations established by the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival and to accept the direction of authorized personnel; (5) This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written permission of Niagara Grape & Wine Festival; (6) Objects likely to endanger persons, or which violate any laws, ordinances, or regulations, are not allowed on the event property and may be removed from the property. Guns and knives are expressly prohibited along with any other dangerous weapons.

ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. THIS TICKET WILL NOT BE REPLACED, REFUNDED, OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN WRITING, ALL TICKETS ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PURCHASED. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Niagara Grape & Wine Festival, SquadUP, participating wineries, and each of their subsidiaries and affiliates, accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for event cancellation or interruption due to inclement weather or other acts beyond their control. Niagara Grape & Wine Festival does not refund ticket purchases for cancellation or interruption because of inclement weather or other acts beyond its control.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

All ticket holders must be 19 or older to be served alcohol. Please be prepared to provide government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s licence or passport, for proof of age. The NGWF staff reserves the right to deny admission and/or alcohol to anyone that is intoxicated or poses a hazard to public safety.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE

By using this ticket to attend and/or by attending any event, activity, or venue as part of the 2024 Niagara Grape & Wine Festival Icewine Series, the Holder assumes all risks and liabilities associated with attending and otherwise participating in the Event. The Attendee may not recover damages from any individual or company associated with the Event (including, without limitation, Niagara Grape & Wine Festival, its partners, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Releases”)), AND RELEASES AND HOLDS HARMLESS the Releasees from and against any injury to any person or damage to or loss of any property resulting from any of the activities pertaining, directly or indirectly, to the Event (or any portion thereof).

RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR AND CONSUMPTION OF PRODUCTS

As responsible members of the community, Niagara Grape & Wine Festival recognizes the concern about drinking and driving, boating, bicycling, walking, and operating or controlling other modes of transportation, and its policy is to encourage responsible consumption of products. If Holder believes that his/her/their driving ability may be impaired or that Holder cannot safely operate a motor vehicle or bicycle, or walk, then Holder must use an alternate form of transportation. Consuming raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Niagara Grape & Wine Festival makes no claims to cater to those with strict dietary restrictions or food allergies. Holder agrees to act in an orderly and safe manner, to act in compliance with and obey all laws, regulations, and rules, while attending and while leaving the Event, and not to disrupt the Event or others’ enjoyment of the Event.

RIGHT TO USE YOUR NAME, VOICE, IMAGE, OR LIKENESS

By using this ticket, Holder grants Niagara Grape & Wine Festival and its affiliates and licensees the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and licence to publish, print, display, record, and use (by photograph, film, tape, aural devices, and any other method or device) the Holder’s name, voice, image, and likeness while at the Event (the “Recordings”), and use such Recordings for any and all purposes, in any and all media now known hereafter devised.

HEALTH & SAFETY

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By attending Niagara Grape & Wine Festival events, you expressly agree to comply with any and all rules and safety guidelines put in place by the event organizers, and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, waiving all claims and potential claims against the event organizers and their affiliated companies relating to such risks. Niagara Grape & Wine Festival is not requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test to attend its 2023 events. This is subject to change based on public health guidelines and government mandates. Ticket holder agrees to abide by health and safety requirements put in place at the Event and understands that policies and procedures are subject to change based on government mandates.
